I am so tired of being worried about what the scale says.

I want to be healthy. I want to feel good and look good. I want to know that I am taking care of myself. But I am finding that I am not able to do that when I get caught up in the numbers game. I have decided that I am going to weigh myself in the morning and then put my scale away for a while. I am going to focus on eating healthy and working out, and not on the numbers on the scale.
