Default How do you log one bite?

My mom made chicken tonight and as usual she turned it into jerky (she always overcooks chicken on purpose because she is afraid of getting sick). I really wasn't in the mood to eat dry, chewy chicken so I quiety dumped it into the trash, but not before taking one bite. How the heck do I log that?

I'm totally stealing this from someone on the boards (I believe it was Heather), but this person counted "Just A Bite" as a JAB for 25 calories. So anytime they had Just A Bite, they'd JAB themselves 25 calories.

I would probably log it in as half an ounce.

I was just doing this yesterday. I made a different dish for my hubby and kids but took a tiny taste to see if the seasoning was okay, etc. The dish had cooked chicken in it, some of which I had set aside for myself before making their dish. So, when I logged my foods, I upped my chicken measurement by 1 ounce and then made sure I didn't use up all my allotted calories for the day. I usually don't allow myself nibbles like this because it is hard to really be accurate - and they do add up.

Ditto - would log as 20-25 calories. The JAB acronym is great - will have to use that to replace my usual "Misc. Nibbles" LOL

That's what I ended up doing. It came out to about 23 calories.
