teryaki chicken - around 240 calories
an orange - I assume you mean 1/4 orange? or orange slices - around 20 calories
4 pieces of california sushi - around 90 calories
sugar snap peas - around 20 calories
3 pieces of sashimi - I assume this is without any rice? This would be around 60 calories
So total is around 1014 calories. Of course there can be variations depending on how much teriyaki chicken they give you, how much rice they give you, how much batter they use for the tempura, etc. I'd estimate at 1100 calories and that would probably be a decent estimate.
