Yes it will be hard to track my progress without a scale, but like someone mention if my calories burned are higher than my calories consumed then I will lose weight so that is a good factor to keep me going and I may have a friend to have take my weight like someone suggested and I'll give her my calories that I'm eating a day and etc.. and then she can tell me it's working and how much of a loss that I've made, so that might be better for me.. but I have a calorie deficit of around 1000 per day or more because I'm active and can have a deficit of 1400. I want to lose the weight and keep it off and not yo-yo so that is why I'm going with calorie counting.. the atkins and all the other diets do work but some find it diffcult to do that for a lifetime which you bascially have to do.. for me this is the healthiest away to do it..

This forum is wonderful and it's good to meet people who are striving for the same goal.. thanks for all the ideas and suggestions..

I'll have to see if I can do my pics with photshop.. Julies you look great and you go girl, strut your stuff !!!
