Today was good. I ate about 1,600 calories (my goal is to stay in the 1150-1350 range, so I did go over a bit). However, I only had 21g net carbs, so I'm happy about that.
I also tried the recipe for Flax "Muffin-in-a-minute" that was posted on the Atkins thread by Jerseygyrl... it was quite good. By my TDP calculations, it has 329cals, but pretty much no net carbs! Its pretty much all fiber. If you have a mid-level cal range and you're watching your carbs, I definitely recommend it! You mix up the batter (that takes like 2 mins to make) into a teacup or mug, and you microwave it for a minute, and viola! You got yourself a muffin! I ate it with my blue cheese & mushroom quiche muffins, and all-in-all I would say it was a pretty good breakfast.

this morning, although I did skip out on a few of the exercises in the circuit. I've been on a 1-month break though so my inability to sustain is of no surprise. I'm going to work up to it.
