I agree with you 100% kittycat. My biggest mistake inthe beginning when I tried to lose weight before almost 1 year ago, and did lose around 30 pounds but I did a diet plan and not a lifestyle plan. When you do all these diets you have to ask yourself is this something you can do for life because if not you will gain it back. that's why counting calories and watching my carbs is something that I can do as a lifestyle. I do give myself 2 days a month to eat what I want without counting the cal or carbs but also I make sure that on those days I've walked or done a big workout.
