I only eat 1500 cals a day because i do have my one cheat day. I feel like since i am letting myself cheat that one day, its better to do the lower calories during the rest of the time. and yes, i have a family to cook for, which makes it a little more difficult. my DH is supportive to an extent although, he still eats "bad"
and sometimes says i am obsessed with this lifestyle change
. He just isn't use to me spending so much time on "me". It is difficult cooking two separate dinners. one for me and one for the other members of my family. I just have to have will power!
