I only eat 1500 cals a day because i do have my one cheat day. I feel like since i am letting myself cheat that one day, its better to do the lower calories during the rest of the time. and yes, i have a family to cook for, which makes it a little more difficult. my DH is supportive to an extent although, he still eats "bad" and sometimes says i am obsessed with this lifestyle change. He just isn't use to me spending so much time on "me". It is difficult cooking two separate dinners. one for me and one for the other members of my family. I just have to have will power!

So you make 2 different meals? I might have to do this at times. But for now im going to modify what I make for the whole family as my son is 15m and doesnt eat much now. My husband can either eat it or starve...lol until I get used to eating less I have to cook okay for all of us. TOnight I made baked chicken, rice, and baby carrots and hubby ate it..
