Ahhh, sticking to your "diet" all week, and then slipping on the weekends will definitely
"cause" a plateau. When you get to maintenance, it'll be another story. But in order to see a loss, you've really got to keep the plan going. We can really wipe out any deficit created during the week with even one "off" day, yet alone two.
The weekends can definitely be more of a challenge. What with a different scheduele and more socializing. Vow to stay on plan even that much stronger. You will be thrilled beyond belief when you do. Maybe add in a special on plan treat. A fantastic smoothie. A special salad. A low calorie hot chocolate.
