One thing to remember, is that you do not have to eat your veggies as just "veggies". They don't have to be in a salad or side dish. If you make a homemade pizza, and cover it with sliced green peppers, tomatoes, and other veggies-it still counts.

I suggest looking for recipes with vegetables IN them...such as healthy pasta recipes with veggies in the sauce, or meat/poultry recipes with veggies cooked with it (like roast chicken or pot roast with carrots, etc. roasted in the pan along with it) and so on.

I grew up on canned vegetables-and I HATE them. They are flavorless, soft, and mushy. I recommend trying frozen vegetables (the ones you steam in the microwave are GREAT) and drizzle them with a TOUCH of olive oil or margerine/butter, and salt/pepper, or other seasoning. MUCH tastier.
