Hello! another newbie here =) I'm joining up, even though it's a little late...
My goal will be no fast food until Sept 1st, and lots more homemade dinners. 6 lb would be nice to, but I'll focus on the eating in.
I almost certainly ate more during that meal than I usually budget for a whole day, but if I don't do that more than once a month or so, I can have my Chinese food and eat it too
.
Unfortunately, most of my "skinny" wardrobe is still too small and I am not content with my current shape, so I've set my goal weight lower. But getting this far is a huge accomplishment that I have not managed in recent years, so I treated myself to a massage and a couple of new pairs of pants
.
7/10 for Labor Day

No worries about being "late", since we'll do another challenge when this one is done.



Plus with all the extra calorie burning from the move you'd think I would have lost SOMETHING...maybe I gained muscle
