I think you and I lose weight at the same rate-- I've been keeping track for 3 months now-- and I 'drop' a lot of weight every 5 weeks it seems-- odd, eh? I lose about 3. something pounds every 5 weeks and in between I might lose another 1. something or fluctuate there for a while. I wonder if it has to do with my TOM-- my cycle is generally every 30 days...
I am glad I have kept track of my progress on a calendar though, because it helps me to put a slight gain in perspective-- knowing that when the '5 weeks' is up, I'll drop some more (as long as I am good and stick to what I am doing
