Default Woops..

I should be eating about 1450 calories.

Today this is what I ate:

Cereal

More cereal

A box of quality street chocs (probably 2000cals)

Baked beans

Sandwhich

Supernoodles

Cheese on toast

A huge ice cream from the ice cream van.

I can help but think I may have slightly overdone it... ?

Maybe.

What's important now is what you decide to do tomorrow. Are you going to get back on track?

I think that would probably be a good idea.

Yeah you may be a tad over for today, but tomorrow you can amend your bad day and eat very good to make it up. Drink lots of water today!

And most importantly...DO NOT STRESS! It happens to all of us!

Also....try to limit your sugar as much as possible if you can and focus on protein and veggies. The damage isn't bad at all IF you stop now. I think we've all done it and it's good of you to come here for your confession! I also love the way you write. Just hang in there and don't be so hard on yourself. You can do it!!!

We all have those days... just as long as they are every once in a great while! Doing that on a daily basis.. well it will just put you back to where you started!! It's ok!

Hey Spoz!

At what point did you realize you were overdoing it?

Was it the box of chocolates? ----but you kept going...

Was it the supernoodles? -----and yet...

It must have been after the ice cream. You realized then that you had overdone it?

What I'm getting at is that at every point, you could have made a different decision and minimized the damage... instead of gaining momentum... And yes, lots of people have days like that... but the idea is to get ahold of the reins, Newt!

Thanks for being brave enough to post about it! Good luck tomorrow!

Jay
