The way to figure it out is to isolate the ingredients and amounts, figure out how many cals each item is, then add it back together again.
So, how much brown rice did you eat?
How many shrimp and their approximate size?
Did the brown sauce taste watery or oily? How much brown sauce?
Broccoli is so low cal you don't need to add it in the total.
This is how we do each recipe.
Like if I make lasagna, I count up the pasta, the sauce, the cheese, the oil I added, etc. Then divide that total by the number of servings.
Yeah, it seems like a lot of work, but most of us eat the same 10-15 meals over and over, so once you've figured out each meal once, you're all set.
