Since every time I get on the scale during the day, it's a different weight, I'll have to average and say I've lost 2lbs. lol
I didn't lose any last week, so I went back to Phase 1 of SBD and it fell off....I'll be on the Phase 1 through Thursday, then switch back to low fat/ cal counting Friday through Monday--if I lose more weight, I'll stay on the low fat/cal count. If I don't, I'll do the Phase 1 again..
