I like Laura Scudders natural or Trader Joe's natural peanut butter. Just peanuts and salt for both!

I LOVE peanut butter but limit myself to appropriate serving sizes!

Natural peanut butter is without a doubt the best. But I still just bought some "Better'n'PB" to try a new way to cut calories. Damn, is that stuff sweet! It tastes more like caramel sauce. It's really not a good PB substitute.

I'm still using it just to artificially scratch that itch when I don't have enough cals for the real thing. I'm a PB addict and if I don't have the taste of it every other day at minimum I feel very deprived!

Aaahhhh, TMI!!! My brain just went to 'Skippy reduced fat PB mixed w/Hershey's milk chocolate chips' -- run away!!!!

Crazy Richard's all natural PB (Giant grocery has it) is pretty darn good. I like the crunchy kind on apples, wheat thins, celery. PB is pretty good stuff and seems to knock the hunger for awhile.

I eat Kroger's natural peanut butter. It's yummy and doesn't require constant stirring - after put it in the fridge. It has enough salt in it to taste good and no sugar or crisco type of fat in it. I am watching my lipids and trying to keep them in a minimum.
