I was so nervous and excited this week I think I over did it...wait KNOW I over did it a few days one with taco bell and one with DQ....but still a 2lb loss not bad
Peachcake - hang in there. I am convinced the Diet Gods play with our mind at various milestones. I hit a short stall (short of a plateau) when I got at the point of breaking 200. Then I hit a true plateau when I got right at the point of dropping my BMI from Obese to Overweight.
Stay on plan and you will beat those silly Diet Gods at their own game!
I think i will have a loss this week. The scale this morning said 198, but I didn't walk the dog ordrink water beforehand like I usually do so it's not totally accurate. I weigh on Thursday so HOPEFULLY I will be down to 200 if nothing else...
Can anyone doing calorie counting get in on this weigh in or is it just for afew of you in the group? I'll understand either way. If it is OK for me to join I'll weigh myself in the morning, and check again next week. I just started cutting back again on Monday morning.
