I'm trying to track calories on daily plate. I had a fairly large piece of salmon and I can guestimate in ounces but some of the portions listed are in grams.
Anyone who is good with metric conversion out there this afternoon?

You can go to google and search for conversions, and it will calculate them for you. So I ran a google search just now on "1 ounce to grams" and it gave me that.

I can't tell you how often I use it.
