how many grams in an ounce?

and vice versa?
I'm trying to track calories on daily plate. I had a fairly large piece of salmon and I can guestimate in ounces but some of the portions listed are in grams.
Anyone who is good with metric conversion out there this afternoon?:D

You can go to google and search for conversions, and it will calculate them for you. So I ran a google search just now on "1 ounce to grams" and it gave me that.

I can't tell you how often I use it.
