Wow, do I ever understand the coke thing. I have always had a serious problem when it came to soda. It has been a source of conflict for me and my boyfriend even as he is literally monitoring how many I drink. At the moment I am obsessed with cherry chocolate diet dr pepper! I have cut down to 2 per day. (Thats a big thing for me) I used to drink about 4-5

I started off doing low carb, lost about 70 pounds and then gained back 20 very fast when I let my guard down. So I decided low calorie seemed better. I don't struggle with carbs or even normal food anymore like I used to. It works great for some people but not me.. All the meat and eggs were hard for me to eat. I like pastas, fruits and yes...sweets lol.

I am on about 1400 calories a day and I have lost about 5 pounds in just over a week. So I think I found my magic number. It's nice to get a good starting point but it seems like you really need to experiment to find whats best for you.

well, since monday i have been drinking coke zero, and really was pleasantly suprised.. it doesnt taste bad at all... im drinking just as much water now as well.. something i hadnt previously done.. one glass coke zero, one of water and so on... i know soda is bad for you period, but.. one step at a time lol
next week ill start working on the food and exercise part of this... taking baby steps so i dont get frustrated lol... plus TOM is here and im grouchy lol... so the food can wait another week
did check fitday tho the last couple days.. and im only havin between 16-1800 anyhow.. but they arent Good foods...
