I was around 205 for most of 10th and 11th grade. I lost about 25 to 30 lbs and got down to 175ish my senior year. I wasn't dieting - I had joined color guard and with all the practice (1 class hour during the school day, and then 2 to 3 hours every night?? its hard to remember, it'll be 10 years next year!) and the fact that I didn't have a real lunch period the first semester, I was more active and just eating less. I still was a size 14/16 (down from an 18/20) but looked good

I of course at the time thought I looked better, but still felt like I was so fat.
