I'm so jealous of everyone's home-cooked lunches! I'm traveling for business, so I can't ever have home-cooked stuff during the week. I hate eating a lot of processed foods, so it's really frustrating for me.

Today I had Dr. McDougall's Vegan Tortilla Soup (I'm not vegan, but it looked good and was low-cal). 200 calories for the cup (which has two servings). Details are here, if anyone is curious.

Asparagus and Ham Casserole but with 2% milk instead of whole milk, Fiber Gourmet pasta instead of egg noodles, and no bread crumbs or parmesan cheese. (I made up a big batch last Sunday and divided it into six servings for lunch. I still have a couple servings to go.) I also had some marinated mushrooms, no sugar added bread and butter pickles, and a dill pickle on the side.
