I was on the scale two nights ago - weighed 154, down from 158 the previous week. The four pounds came off awfully fast; I think part of the 158 must have been extra water weight or something.
You know, I'm just going to change my weigh-in day to match the start day of this thread, Fridays. I usually weigh in on Wednesdays and feel weird about dragging it up out of the thread depths. That okay? Wednesdays are lonely weigh in days in our calorie counting section!
I think it is out for repairs or calibrating - they have done this before. Let's hope it was weighing too high! I did not check in last week because the scale jumped up eventhough I had no reason to be gaining. So I chose to ignore the scale last week.
So hopefully I will get a nice dip when the scale is back
fatbaby--if weighing in on Friday works for you then go for it. I weigh in on Thursdays because that was when I started and I like knowing today I am 5, or 6 or 7 weeks along in the journey. And I don't feel too far off compared to the rest of you!
