Default Do-Over March

Ok here is the do over thread we talked about in the Starting AGAIN and I need support! thread. Do-Over (for those of us who have lost and need to lose again, ugh)

Anyone can jump in this is just to keep accountable for:

Calories (personally I will probably post my weekly agv. on sundays also cause I like those numbers as a good overall picture of what I am doing)
Water
Exercise
Something Positive for the day (or week or last several days depending on how often you wish/are able to check in)

and if you wish you can update on the goal your focused most on and how your doing. I am looking for somewhere to post and be accountable for what I am doing each day, so I decided to make one. Any and all who want can join and keep accountable

I'm definitely in the do-over club! I'm totally embarrassed to be doing this again, but I gotta start somewhere...

calories: between 1400-1600 a day
exercise: 30 minutes 4x a week

I'll be checking in periodically...good luck to everyone starting over!

Ok so todays totals are....

Calories 2000 or so, had to eat out for dinner so I guessed high but I think I kept it under 2000 so I am happy.

Water- gotta be about 64 oz or so

Exercise - 2nd Modern Gung Fu lesson, lots of fun and went an 1 1/2 because the instructor lost track of time teaching us stuff WOW great work out!

Positive - Even though I was stressed and the tater tots looked really good I turned away from temptation and ate the lunch I packed and not tater tots with ranch-go me!

Thanks for joining in this with me guys can't wait to see who else joins in with me and fat pants!

Just a quikie post (I posted in the original thread earlier today. Edzard, I posted some info on gluten intolerance testing.)

I did pretty freakin' well on my cals today. Am sitting at 1450-1500. The wheat thins were calling me a bit ago but I opted for a 6 oz. tomato juice instead. Didn't get the full cardio dvd done (did get the dog walk done) 'cause I waited too long and was starving during it. Bagged it after 15 mins or so. Am hoping for a scale drop on Sunday.

Thanks for posting hattrick nice to hear from you, I will go back and see about that gluten stuff on the other thread.

Today was BAD!! Fell off the wagon so to speak...

Calories 2550 (had a root canal for the second time on one tooth felt sorry for myself and ate very badly)
Water um not much at all-like less than 16 ozs
Exercise none, nada zip course I am sore from the root canal so I am taking it easy today, will try to get some in tomorrow

Positive thought- I was completely honest with myself ate the end of the day about how much I really ate and acknowledge that I did it all out of selfish reasoning, there is no other reason to eat the way I did.

I noticed in another post someone said they were gonna start posting or writing down before they go off plan and the reasoning they are allowing themselves to. I LOVE that idea, gonna try to do that also!

Hello all, glad to see everyone's jumping back on the wagon. Last week I did very well, ate within my calorie range all week except for one day where I went over about 200 calories. I did get in 4 days of exercise and lost 2 lbs. at official weigh in this morning! Woohoo!

Keep up the good work everyone!

That is awesome, keep up the good work, sounds like your doing good. I was just happy to have kept track for a whole week lol. I have been so bad that its been months since I have even accurately tracked calories for more than two days in a row.

Just poppin' in to see how everyone is doing. Edzard and FP, you both seem to be on the right track (Edzard - you ARE on track w/wkly cal avgs at 1700.) Congrats on the loss FP! I finally, finally got the scale to drop a lb. Geez, took forever! Tweaked my cals the past few days and it seemed to help. Trying to zig-zag every two days from 1400/1450 to 1550/1650 to see if that helps shake things up. Edzard sometimes I don't drink enough water either and I feel more bloated and like my body is just 'holding on' to stuff longer. Much, much better if I just remember to drink it. TTFN!

Hey thanks for checking in, and yes my big downfall is drinking enough water, I never have done that without forcing myself. Even when I am doing good I fall out of easy if I forget for a day or two. Congrats on the drop, a lb. is a lb. your lighter than you were last week!

Calories 1800 (hehe indulged in some wine with hubby)

Water got at least 70oz and will probably drink more

Exercise held up one of the special needs kids in our class for like 10min and "helped" him walk, otherwise I am a slacker (but my biceps are sore!)

Positive thought - I have been doing really good eating more whole foods and I can tell, today I had some artifical sweetener in my water and it just didnt make me feel as good!
