Gmpropiper - lol sorry, I kinda guessed you might have done that after I posted

aphil - You're totally right. When I got down to 131lbs before I was on around 1600 and put my calories down lower. This is why I should possibly have a lil think before I ask questions lol. Thanks for the advice.

Under-eating will set you up for failure in the long run because it slows down your metabolism. It's best to eat as MUCH as possible while still creating a deficit to keep your metabolism stoked. I'm happy losing .5 lb to 2 lbs a week, any loss is good.
