Some of this week's loss has to be the water weight I was retaining last week, because I was pretty bad over the weekend. Drank a lot on Saturday night, which is a double whammy because of the hangover-eating the next day. I was pretty good about it though! All healthy food, and only a couple hundred calories over plan -- believe me there was a time when it would've been much more than that.
That said, I've been hitting the gym regularly and genuinely ENJOYING it, which is awesome. Looking forward to next week!
