Your Thoughts- Feeling good. I'm in the retain-y part of my cycle at the moment, so any loss at all is awesome. Definitely feeling like my mini goal of 158 by 2/8 is possible.

last weigh in : lost track, im not sure, i have been hovering for a while.
todays weigh in : a firm 182
total weight loss : im gonna say zilcho, but i hate the scale their EVIL!
my thoughts: fustrated, as i swam walked 8 miles yesterday and again today, and have generally eaten pretty damn good last 3 weeks. without stressing myself out more, i cant do anymore then i am doing. i just hope a run on the weekend will shift somthing and next week after another swim i can proudly say im under 13stone and 180.

Your Thoughts: Not very happy since I was 214 lbs. on January 16th, So I'm now just back to where I was. But, happy that I am back to where I was and not any higher or the same! Need to try to stay on plan everyday, exercise and be patient.

I weigh in and log it daily, just for reference and to look at the month as a whole instead of day to day or week to week fluctuations.
Yesterday:
January 24th, 2008:
With clothes = 249.0 lbs (morning, after bathroom)
Without clothes = 247.6 lbs (morning, after bathroom)
Today:
January 25th, 2008:
With clothes = 249.2 lbs (morning, after bathroom)
Without clothes = 247.0 lbs (morning, after bathroom)
30 days ago today:
December 25th, 2007:
With clothes = 256.4 lbs (morning, after bathroom)
Without clothes = 254.6lbs (morning, after bathroom)
