I like canned pumpkin sweetened with some splenda and cinnamon. I'll heat it up, top it with a few mini marshmallows, and brown the top under the broiler. It's so tasty (and less than 100 calories)!!
My go-to favorite snack is yogurt with 1/2 c. Fiber One mixed in. I like the Breyer's fat-free yogurt, which is 80 calories per serving. With the Fiber One, the whole thing comes to 140 calories. Because of all of the fiber, it's super filling.
