Last night I ate every two -three hours. It was kinda strange eating when I wasn't hungry but I didn't feel hungry at all all night at work or when I came home. I ate a small breakfast before bed and woke up feeling hungry, but not starved.
I had 1,951 caloires in a 24 hour period. the breakfast was small but high in calories. (over 400) so I think tomorrow I'll cut back on the before bed meal. Plus a friend brought me a bit of pumpkin pie about 150 calories (I had a tiny sliver of it, being that I'm allergic to pumpkin pie). that was a one time thing.
I'll keep eating my small snacks every couple of hours and see how it goes. thanks for all the ideas,everyone!
