Drink a big glass of cold water while you are doing this. Sit down and ask yourself why you are doing this. Take out a piece of paper and write down all the reasons your eating wrong, then write down all the reasons you want to lose weight (all of them shallow or for the right reasons, any you can think of, kids/looks/relationships/health). Try to think of something really good that will motivate you and how you are ruining your progress physically and mentally. Now if possible take a long walk, if you at work find a reason to go to the other end of the building. Walk from one end of you house or up and down stairs several times, then find an activity to distract yourself til your next meal time. Eat normal from here on out, don't punish yourself just start new.
