Default Daily Vitamins

Do any of our calorie counters take them? Do you notice a difference? What kind do you take? I recently bought some One a Day Women and I'd like to know if taking them regularly can help speed my weight-loss or maybe have some other benefit.

i take a Centrum every morning because i count calories and don't want my body to suffer if i'm not getting enough of something.

I take alot of viatmins. I have no idea if they helped my weight loss but I can tell if I forget them. I take a multivitamin, extra C, folic acid, magnesium, calcium, iron (when I donate blood), E, and Flax oil. The flax oil helps ALOT with my mood. I definitely am more irritable if I forget this!

Vitamins don't help with weight loss-they fill in the nutritional gaps in your diet.

I had never taken any vitamins until I started my weight loss. They don't make you lose weight.
They can make you a healthier person ( because you are getting the things your body needs).
I think it is an important part of the big picture that is not just about losing weight, and becoming skinny. Imagine using junky gas in a sport car.
The car is going to look good, but it isn't going anywhere !
I take them faithfully now. I still run short on calcium sometimes and continue to look around for the next bottle I want to try.
