I third Special K! And this is from someone who really doesn't like cereal at all... but I love Special K red berries..yum!
I don't drink milk much, but I do add a splash to my Special K. I would drink skim, but DH is a big milk drinker and prefers 1%. Since he'll always drink more than me, he wins and we get the 1%.
