Hiya all!
Hope you all don't mind I jump in here.. My plan is based on calories, which I keep track on my foodmover..a compact journal. I am eating about 2000 or less calories daily of the major food groups. It is a Godsend for me so far! I drink 8-10 glasses of water as well.
Just wanted to say Hi and intro myself and offer support to other CCers!
