Getting close
Hello all!
I am so happy to have found this forum. I started watching my calories about 2 months ago. So far I have lost 14 pounds and I can't believe it! I eat about 1400 cals a day and burn at least 500 cals a day (trying to lose 2 lbs a week). I feel great so far! Anyways, I am now half way to my goal and am curious if it gets harder when you have 10 lbs to lose etc. I heard the last 10 are a challenge. Is this true, or does the weight go the same as the beginning? Thanks!!
