My husband came home from work today, and told me a cute story. Apparently, there is a woman in the office who must be counting calories...and she mistakenly used her calorie counting paper in the copy machine for my husband-printing whatever he needed on that piece of paper. He found her calories/food diary on the back of his paper in his office...and he thought it was pretty funny.
She had a total of around 1600 calories today, which was pretty good...but her diet consisted of:
~a Zwero candy bar
~Twizzlers
~chicken nuggets
~Dr. Pepper
~M&Ms
No dairy, no fruit, no whole grains, and no veggies. Processed chicken and SUGAR. That was it...all day long. Why even bother?
