Down 2 this morning, but it doesn't count until Monay, which is thankfully tomorrow. Eating is getting much more on plan and I am getting back into the habits of moving more.

Major Water Retention
As of this morning I am up 6.5 pounds! WOW!!!
It is absolutely insane how much water you can retain when you take in too much salt and not enough water. WOW. 6.5 pounds in 2 days. Ugggh. |
Well managed to lose my last post.....
Anyways, no change on my scale today still 210 ,but at least it didnt go up from last week. I 'm not really suprised to be honest , i only half heartily counted in the evenings last week and had wine every night(bad i know) SOooo this week i will count everything, and get on the treadmill. |
Official weigh in for last week. Down 3.4 pounds. Hoping for another good week.

HI,
Is it too late for me to join the challenge? I think t will be just the thing to motivate me to meet my goal. :) Anyway, here are my stats: Beginning of challenge weight (2-15) 157.1 Challenge goal loss: 7 lbs. End of challenge goal weight: 150.1 This morning I weighed in at 156.0. Ugh. That's what I get for eating waaaaay too much yesterday. I've learned by experience that if I eat properly for the next 2 days the extra weight will go away. My "program" is keeping a loose track of my calories and listening to my body - intiuitive eating. Also, drinking as much water as I can. |
Well FINALLY a 1lb loss for me this week! I haven't been posting because I've been stuck at 192 for 3 weeks!!!! It's been driving me crazy. I have been losing some inches though, so I guess I can't complain too much.

Back to 140!!!! It's all downhill from here!

losin water weight
Well, I've managed to drop all but 1 of those extra water-weight pounds that I woke up to Monday morning... :carrot:
Now, I shall continue my diligent calorie-counting and drop the remaining 3.5 pounds that I have left to lose before Easter! We can do it, Ladies! Hang in there! :hug: PS. Don't forget to drink enough water so that you can help avoid potential water-weight and bloating -- it sux! :p |
I am having problems with my teeth and am having a hard time eating. I go to the dentist after easter so maybe I will be losing my weight but not in a goos way.lol. Actually because I am having a hard time eating I think I may start slim fast( generic brand) so at least I can get some nutrients. My kids are laughing at me cause I had to mush my banana up and est it with a desert spoon.

I weighed in today... 154. :mad: I guess it could be worse... it's only up .3 from last week. Now I'm worried that I won't make my goal.

Still hanging in there ate 140. Hoping to see 139 tomorrow. Then will try to maintain that over the "birthday weekend": dinner out Friday, Saturday and Sunday with a lunch meeting on Saturday. AARGH!!!

Joining very late because I just finished my St.Patty's Day challenge.
I have a HUGE mental hurdle about 140 and have been mini sabotaging for a couple weeks. So for easter my goal is to lose 1.6 lbs and get to 139. Thats it. |

10 pounds by next weigh-in - I want to break the 160s! - which is the day after Easter. I'm starting late, but that just means I have to work a little harder. |
!54.6 this morning. Bah. I don't understand why, either, because on Saturday I was at 152. I ovulated Sunday, so maybe that has something to do with it. I don't think I have a chance of hitting my goal at the moment, but I'm going to keep trying.

Don't know what's up with me either. I ate very, very OP yesterday and managed to gain a pound. No fretting, though. It'll be gone by the weekend, I"m sure.

Weird
OK, strange things are up with my weight. 2 weeks ago things were going fine, I was down to 140, and happy as a clam. Since then, I retained lots of water (knowingly, due to high salt intake for a few days) -- that made my weight shoot up 6-7 lbs... Got rid of that, went down 5 lbs... didn't go back to the 140, but almost... then ever since, it's been creeping up about a pound per day every other day. My calories are an average of 100 MORE each day than they had been 2 weeks ago... i'm up to 145 now. :?:
This is really annoying. Now I know what they mean when they say the "last few" pounds are the hardest to lose. Sonething tells me I will be VERY lucky if I make my 138 goal by Easter (even tho 2 weeks ago I was only 2 lbs away) :( BUT, I'm not worried! I am still determined to make it! :carrot: |
Well, March 23 is here. I havent posted for awhile but i have been reading. Everyone is doing great!!!! I am down to 207 ( i know i should wait for monday but i have decided friday is going to be weigh in day . The week has gone alright one slipup ( mcdonalds) but it actually made me feel gross, so maybe it was a good thing. Postive thinkng is my new policy!

That last .5 of pound is hanging on good but I did get some good news I am down 2 inches (all over) so my waist is FINALLY under 29 inches.

I didn't post last week so This week I am down three plus .9 from last week. Down 3.9 and I am 0.6 away from my origional Easter goal. I adjusted the goal at St. Paddy's day though. I now have 2.1 to lost to get to my Easter goal of 11 pounds lost from 199.5 - 188.5. I should be able to do it.
0.6 more and I am down 25 pounds. 25 pounds in 11 weeks... I'll take that. |
