Default Binged on pizza, help!

Damn it! I have been doing so good all week and today I finally broke the 150's, the scale said 149.8. I almost fainted. Anyway you'd figure I would keep on going strong after seeing that but noooooooooo I have to eat pizza. I ate two square slices of thick crust pepperoni. Damn it! I think that adds up to be around 620 calories. Anyway my calorie total for the day so far is around 1175 already.

Here is my question: Will that be stored as fat or will it balance out if I am VERY careful what I eat for dinner?

It'll balance out over your entire life. One meal does not a hip make. In order to lose you have to consistantly eat less than you use.
Relax ... breath deeply and eat your vegetables.

If you eat right most of the time, one meal wont make a difference. Just eat a light healthy dinner and you'll be fine. I was starving last night and ended up eating 2 cheese slices of pizza. I still came in at 1889 calories for the day so no harm done.

I'm trying not to be too hard on myself but they were those obnoxiously big square THICK pieces. Oh well, I am making a healthy lowfat dinner. Meatball soup made with turkey meat.

I agree with what a lot of posters around here say - there's room for every kind of food in your life. If you're still at your calories for the day, and don't go much over, then no problem. You're not eating pizza every single day, so I don't think it's going to cause you problems. You shouldn't deny yourself the 2 pieces of pizza every once in a while, or you'll just grow resentful.
