Double Corn Muffins - 1 Point

1 cup whole wheat flour -- sifted
1 cup yellow cornmeal
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup Egg BeatersŪ 99% egg substitute
1 cup skim milk
3 tablespoons butter -- melted
8 3/4 ounces corn, cream-style
1. Preheat over to 425 degrees F.
2. Lightly grease bottoms of 2 3-inch muffin pan cups or spray with cooking spray.
3. Sift flour with cornmeal, baking powder and salt. Add sugar and set aside.
4. In bowl, combine egg substitute, milk, butter and corn.
5. Add flour mixture stirring only until moistened.
6. Spoon into muffin cups.
7. Bake 20-25 minutes.
