I'm at 140 right now, and only an inch or so taller than you, and I'll tell you, i'm beginning to love my abs

I have to say, Pilates does AMAZING things for them. As i mentioned in another post i have a tiny bit of loose skin when i bend over, but i think the ab exercises i do have def. helped. It also depends however on the day. After a weekend where I have gone overboard, they're not looking so hot (water weight) or if I eat a lot of fiber (again, bloating and water weight), but usually towards the end of the week (after 5 days of strict diet/exercise) they're looking pretty good, not flabby at all, flat, with a little bit of muscle tone. I want to lose 10 more lbs by July 4, and by then I think i'll be confident to wear a bikini
I am, however, only 25 and have had no children.
