My "likes" and "dislikes" lists are equal in length, but BELIEVE ME, the good outweighs the bad for sure!
Likes:
My "monster legs" (they're long and super toned)
My flat stomach
Being able to find and buy something that looks cool and not having to worry too much about whether or not it will make me look fat
My beautifully toned biceps
My protruding collar bones
My low body fat percentage (I went from 31% to 15.5%
)
The sculpted booty that I didn't have at my highest weight (it was just a trunk of jello back then) or while previously thin (it was a flat pancake booty in those days!)
Dislikes:
My loose skin
- despite having ab definition, my belly button looks like a deflated balloon up close
The stretch marks I have on my stomach, sides, and back
My deflated boobies
The stretch marks my boobies acquired
The fact my boobies aren't as perky as they were when they were more, erm, INFLATED!
I feel like I still have trace amounts of back fat
And my body dysmorphia... while my self image has gotten much more reasonable and I have gotten significantly more confident, I fear I will always think I have fat deposits in places I don't and that I will always yank clothes off the rack that are too big for me because I still think I'm bigger than I am despite knowing I am nowhere near fat.
