I'm 20 and I'm thinking I might have to lift them when I achieve my goal... I grew very fast and I've stretch marks on them and they're saggy. They're somewhat full now so it isnt that bad but i know my breasts and I can feel them emptying as I lose weight... The result will not be pretty, and its just a shame a girl with 20 years old having boobs like her grandma... I feel a bit superficial when I think about surgery but as I read your comments I'm actually feeling more compreensive about myself. Thank you so much girls... I might have to work at night so I can get the money... oh well... it's our body right...we dont want to be models we just want to love ourselfs...

I will definitely be wanting to get a breast lift after I complete my weight loss. They were already saggy before I even started losing weight and now they are HORRIBLE. I started out at 260 lbs and have lost half my body weight, so you can imagine what that would do to someone's chest :X

I love love love my big boobs (so does hubby) and they're pretty full right now--- at my top weight (302) was wearing a 40G... now I'm in a 40F... I don't recall EVER being smaller than a DDD, even at 215lbs... so I'm hoping I don't lose all my boobage.

In fact, I can't WAIT to have a trim waist and body and have these big boobs to top it all off--- Right now they kinda blend in to the rest of my big body--- I want to be a "big chested average weight girl". Think that would be awesome.

I wouldn't mind a breast LIFT after weight loss to bring them back up to where they need to be, but they scar up the underneath of the boobs really bad. So what's better? Scar tissue (I scar VERY easily) or saggy boobs? I'll have to decide when I get there... plus, they sometimes totally detach the nipple and move it somewhere new. I want to breast feed in the future, so that will be an issue too.

Like I've said in another thread--- I'm going to loose all this weight, have children in a few years, and after all that time if I'm still maintaining, then we will take a loan out and "fix up" what needs to be fixed. That's the plan, at least.

I'm plagued with 34DDD's, and they were that size even at 135 lbs (I was a 34DD at 115!). In fact, I'm currently applying to my insurance company for a reduction. I'd love to be a D again, because my breasts at this size totally overwhelm me and appear comical -- they're as big as my head! They still look pretty good naked, but I just want to cry (and sometimes I do) when I see them in clothes. Plus, my back is always in agony...

I've recently hit my all-time lowest weight, and my breasts are now a cup size less than I used to be, and sagging to boot The right one hangs down lower than the left, and none of my bras fit anymore (and those thing are expensive, dang it!).

Definitely an unpleasant side effect of weight loss. I can't afford a breast lift, but if I had the money, I'd definitely consider getting one.
