I didnt want to exercise today, I was going to blow it off, but I went and did it anyway!!!! Yay me!! I hope everyone had a GREAT day today!!! Be strong everyone!!

Friday, Feb 10 - 1 hour stationary bike, BL #3
Saturday, Feb 11 - 1 hour stationary bike, BL #1, stability ball workout
Sunday, Feb 12 - BL #3
well i can't exercise this week either.............i have tonsillitis.............doc said i should take a week off to get better!! so you best believe next week i am gonna kick some serious booty!!!
I havent worked out since last saturday. I dunno what my problems is, just not feeling it this week. I think the sub zero temps outside have alot to do with it, I dont want to go to the gym and get all sweaty then go out in 10 below weather. I did lose 4 lbs though so its not all bad. Hopefully this weekend I'll visit bob for half hour or so LOL!
Anyone mind if I join in too?? I think this might help me to get started on a workout plan! So here's the plan for the week...
February 20: Tae Bo Cardio Circuit 1 **DONE!** February 21: Jillian Front Not done...I'm going to do it tomorrow night along with The Firm February 22: The Firm Calorie Blaster **Jillian Front Done** I'll make up The Firm on Saturday. I've had way too much to do lately! February 23: Jillian Back February 24: Tae Bo Cardio Circuit 1 February 25: Self Challenge Strength Workout February 26: Rest/Yoga

I'm still here, but man am i stinking it up on the exercise. Tomorrow is the day! I get back on that bike tomorrow! Then I'll visit with bob in the afternoon! tomorrow I'm going to do it!!
So my week was totally blown once i skipped that workout on Thursday. Went out last night right when I got home, so I didn't workout. Gonna have to try again next week.
