We are already running into trouble because people have gone MIA and have not checked in and the teams are no longer even. We are trying to sort this out. Until then there will be no winning team... But congrats on all your losses!

Hi red team!! I'm confused....is this where we post our weekly weighins? Not many have been doing it so.....???

Sorry I was +1 lb this week, but TOM is coming....blech! I have been excercising and sticking to OP foods. Look out next week!! We are going away for holidays and won't be back until Friday 13th...(woooo spooky) but I'm planning on bringing my workout stuff to the hotel and getting some excercise in. I'll weigh in when I get back.

well it is monday and so far this week (thursday being day 1 of my weight watchers week, so i am now on day 5) any way so far this week i have done HORRIBLE, BUT today is a new day and i am off to a good start, i actually walked on my treadmill for 30 minutes!!! and i have only eaten good stuff!! so pretty good start for monday yey!!!

Hi girls!!! I've been MIA......and I started my new job on Friday and also worked a 10 hr shift on Saturday. MY LEGS ARE KILLING ME!!!....I woke up at 5am this morning and my legs felt all hot and like a heart throbbing....definitely going to take some time getting used to being on my feet all day. Thank goodness I wore a really comfortable loafer type shoe on day 2!!!

Well well......nice to see some great results!! My best friend flew in today until Wednesday, she's been my friend since middle school and we've got some heavy duty shopping to do!!! Last thing I really want to do is walk around the malls shopping (truth be told) as my legs are still ache-y but I don't have the heart to tell her. After ds gets on the bus, we'll be heading for a walk and then some shopping later. Well I better get some lunches made for tommorow.....congrats to the losers this week!!! I'm afraid I don't have totals to post.....but next week I promise!!!

I kow I've posted earlier than I usually do, but today is the day that I say ENOUGH!!!! I weighed myself and even though I've been naughty, I've lost .9 lbs, so that's good. I'm going back on WW today!!!! I can't afford the meetings but I have all the tools and I have this site, so cross your finger's. I don't know what's wrong with me. I have been so depressed for 2 months and stopped caring, but I have almost gained back everything I've lost and I've had it! I am tired of "settling" for things in Life! It's time for me to shape my butt up and go out there and MAKE life happen for me!!!! The ONLY reason I am even settling for less than what I want out of life is because I am FAT and I don't think that I deserve better, but youknow what, that's totally wrong!!!! It's time for a change!!!

I hereby solumly(sp) swear to eat within my points and exercise at least 30 minutes a day!!!!!!

Well as suspected, I stayed exactly the same. I started exercising again after 2 months of not, so I kind of figured this would happen. I am rebuilding muscle and we all know (or we shd by now hehe) muscle weighs more than fat. At least there was no gain, so I'm cool!

Hey girls!!! I finally found a minute (that I'm not too exhausted) to sit down and give a shout out!!! Work is going well, although they have been scheduling me too many hours, money is good though, but.....I was only expecting 25 hours and I'm almost up to 35 now with 40+ for the month of December. I have to have another talk with my boss I guess. I lost another 3 lbs this week, I guess all the walking and OP food and being dog dead tired when I come home is paying off. huh?? oh well, nice to see some low numbers again on the scale!!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Please don't over eat and remember, the white part of the turkey, minus the skin is the BEST for you. It has less fat grams and calories. Also Sweet potatoes and Punkin are both actually good for you. :)

Anyways, I added this weeks weigh-in on page 5. Only down .4, but being that it's TOM, I guess that's cool huh? LOL!
