Week 1 (Sep 20) - starting weight = 180.0

The above weeks are based on start dates for the week (just like the show). I think the best way to go about the WI's is to have the week's WI done before or on each Weds. So, all week 1 WI's need to be done by next Weds. Sep. 27th. For example, if you WI Sat. that would be your weight for the Sep. 27th WI. Doing the WI's this way means that we have final weights at the same time as the finale on Dec. 6th. Please let me know if this makes sense.
I will be compiling our starting weights and losses each week. If you feel more comfortable you can PM me. As I'm a numbers person (Chartered Accountant by day), I will post stats throughout the challenge.
If you have already started your post, please edit it to add the above dates (you can copy and paste). Each week we should edit our orignial post to add that week's weight - this way the thread stays at a reasonable length and we can watch each other's progress easier. I will add stats, etc. to a new post each week!
