Default Red Team Frozen Fiesta 2013 Nutritional Thread Week 1 (Jan 5/13 - Jan 13/13)

This is the format for the Nutrition Journal for those who wish to utilize it. You could also add total calories for the day to the bottom of each day (if you are a calorie counter) or points (Weight Watchers), or just simply POP (perfectly on plan) ... whatever works for you ...
Just cut and paste into your own post and return each day to EDIT (update) that same post, please do not repost for each day.. Thank You!!

Breakfast - 80 cal fat free strawberry greek yogurt; banana
Lunch - sandwich (multigrain bun, cream cheese, cucumber, tomato, lettuce); watermelon; strawberries
Supper - pad thai with tofu, carrots, broccoli & cauliflower
Snacks - grape tomatoes; broccoli; strawberry shortcake
Water - 2 litres

Tuesday
Breakfast - 80 call fat free raspberry greek yogurt; banana
Lunch - 1/2 sandwich (multigrain bread; marble cheese; lettuce; light mayo)
Supper - brown rice vermicelli; smoked tofu; cucumber; carrot; avocado; peanut sauce
Snacks - 1c black coffee; 2 homemade chocolate chip cookies
Water - 2.5 litres

Wednesday
Breakfast - english muffin with natural peanut butter; banana
Lunch - brown rice vermicelli; smoked tofu; cucumber; carrot; peanut sauce
Supper - black bean quesadilla
Snacks - 1c black coffee; blackberries; 2 homemade chocolate chip cookies
Water - 2.5 litres

Thursday
Breakfast - bowl of cheerios with 1% milk; mandarin orange
Lunch - grilled whole wheat panini (cheese, articoke, tomato); raw carrots and celery
Supper - stirfry (jasmine rice, tofu, carrot, cauliflower, broccoli, garlic, soy sauce)
Snacks - 1c black coffee; 1c green tea; 1 peanut butter cup
Water - 2.5 litres

Friday
Breakfast - bowl of cheerios with 1% milk; mandarin orange
Lunch - stirfry (jasmine rice, tofu, carrot, cauliflower, broccoli, garlic, soy sauce)
Supper - 2 pieces thin crust spinach pizza; kale salad
Snacks - 1c black coffee; 1c decaf green tea; 1 homemade granola bar
Water - 2.5 litres

I log on my Fitness pal and came in at just under 1700 calories for the day.

Tuesday
I had a total of 1534 calories for the day.

Influenza didn't track
