Default Red Team 2012 Spring Into Summer Exercise Thread Week 13 (07/23-07/29)

For an effective weight loss program it is important to incorporate exercise as well as making better dietary choices. While any kind of exercise is good for you, it has been proven many times over that just cardio or just strength training isn't the way to go...you need to have a combination of both, with a little bit of core focus as well. So as you plan out and track your exercise this week, be sure to get in 2-3 strength workouts and 2-3 cardio sessions. And don't forget about those abs! Copy and paste the follow format and come back throughout the week to edit your original post. Let’s move those bodies!

Monday- week 5 day 1 of couch to 5K
Tuesday- 30 min yoga
Wednesday- week 5 day 2 C25K
Thursday- 30 min yoga
Friday- 22 min yoga
Saturday- week 5 day 2 C25K
Sunday- 23 min yoga

Monday - 20 min elliptical intervals, 20 min walk, 15 ball crunches
Tuesday - 20 min circuit workout, 20 min walk, 15 reverse ball crunches
Wednesday - 20 min circuit workout, 20 min walk, 20 ball crunches
Thursday - 20 min walk, 20 reverse ball crunches
Friday - Rest Day
Saturday - 20 min circuit workout, 25 ball crunches, 25 reverse ball crunches
sunday - 25 min circuit workout, 25 ball crunches, 25 reverse ball crunches

Tuesday-Day 40 JMBR WO 6, 50 days to go
Wednesday-Day 41 Rest
Thursday-Day 42 JMBR Cardio 2 only stopped it 5 times! Haha that's a big improvement
Friday-Day 43 JMBR Level 7, 47 days to go
Saturday-Day 44 JMBR Level 8, 46 days to go
Sunday-Day 45 JMBR, Cardio 2 , 45 days to go HALF WAY !!
