Default Red Team 2012 Spring into Summer Exercise Thread Week 4 (05/21-05/27)

For an effective weight loss program it is important to incorporate exercise as well as making better dietary choices. While any kind of exercise is good for you, it has been proven many times over that just cardio or just strength training isn't the way to go...you need to have a combination of both, with a little bit of core focus as well. So as you plan out and track your exercise this week, be sure to get in 2-3 strength workouts and 2-3 cardio sessions. And don't forget about those abs! Copy and paste the follow format and come back throughout the week to edit your original post. Let’s move those bodies!

Continuing the 6-pack March and Kick-*** April workouts in addition to walking daily.
(I've given up on the burpees & will try to get in other forms of cardio)

Monday-Day 22 of workouts, hiking, 24,092 steps
Tuesday-Day 23 of workouts, Walking, 8,867 steps
Wednesday-Day 24 of workouts, Dog walk, 13,492 steps
Thursday-Day 25 of workouts, Dog walk, 14,668 steps
Friday-Day 26 of workouts, Walking, 8,134 steps
Saturday-Day 27 of workouts,Walking to garage sales, 16,226 steps
Sunday- 10K, dog walk, 20,755 steps

My goal is to type something next to every day of the week again! This challenge is helping me step it up excercise-wise.

Monday- 22 min yoga
Tuesday- 22 min yoga
Wednesday- 22 min yoga
Thursday- 44 min yoga
Friday- 22 min yoga, 21 min pilates
Saturday- 22 min yoga, 21 min walking @4mph
Sunday- 44 min yoga
