Happy Tuesday, it's biggest loser day so I need to get my behind in gear and make supper. I think it's going to be stir fry because that is quick and easy. I haven't been feeling the greatest today, slightly dizzy and haedache, but I'm learning to live withit. I went ahead and did my workouts anyway, my yoga dvd and WATP 2 mile. Saturday I get to buy new running shoes!!
I've had a little foot pain when I've been using the treadmill, adn I know I need new shoes. Thisis supposed to be our last above normal temp beautiful day for a while, I don't know if I'm ready for winter.Everyone have a great week.
