Well I don't know I've done nothing but bounce up and down 157/156 all month. Not a clue as to why, been OP 80% of the time and exercising 6 days/week, increased the running, blah, blah, blah. Can't complain that I'm down 9 lbs since starting this challenge but really thought I'd be further along at this point. I skipped last week's WI because I was just so frustrated . . . and noting had changed anyways.
