Wednesday- 20 minutes AMT, 20 minutes treadmill, 60 minutes personal training, 11,100 steps
Thursday- 25 minutes AMT, 25 minutes treadmill, 9,500 steps
Friday- 90 minutes walking, 13,500 steps
