I'm looking forward to this week and my goal is to reach 295. I will be leaving Denver Wednesday morning heading to Phoenix. I'll be based with my family for two months. My scale numbers shouldn't be too far off changing scales because my mom has the same exact scale that I use here in Denver.

I'm sorry guys, I missed my first ever weigh in. We have no power up here in the north east. Probably won't get it back until Thursday. I'm borrowing internet now to check in. I'll catch up later in the week. Again sorry, I didn't think we'd get hit like this.

I've been feeling so crappy for about the past week that I finally went to the dr. I have a fluid imbalance in my middle ear and she put me on some medicine. I'm starting to feel lots better, but it sounds like I might be on this long term. It's a blood pressure medicine with a water pill, but i'm only on a small dose because my bp is good and she didn't want to lower it any more. I'm hoping for some weight loss from the pills, but today I'm feeling like I can exercise a little without falling over. I'm so sick of being dizzy.
My great news, I'm writing again!!!!! I used to write poetry and creativly but several years ago I just stopped and was unable toget anything out. I've been keeping journals since mid Sept and yesterday whild I was subbing I just started the process again ( it was during self guided computer classes where I didn't have to help much) and by the end of the day I had a short poem. Now to let it sit for a few weeks and I can see if it's any good and edit it. It doesn't sound like much but I've regained a part of me that I thought was gone for good.

Just picked up a very personally signficant pair if NSV size 12 blue jeans from Wally World. I didn't expect to be able to get in them when I took them out of the bag. They look so small to me but, in spite of the muffin-toppage, they were on, buttoned, zipped and officially squatted and kicked in! YIPEE!!!
